God is a God of second chances. All through this period where Jeremiah is mapping out the nations judgement, He keeps offering to “repent” of His judgement if they would only repent of their evil ways. They didn’t and He didn’t to the point that God finally announced, “its a done deal, resistance to “Big N” is now futile, and cooperation with him is even recommended in order to save lives. Of course, they didn’t take this from Jeremiah either!
My question is, are we any less stiff necked than these people were?
