One of the metaphors is a Vessel!
“God uses clean vessels!”
2 Timothy 2:21 KJV

If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work. “
I wash my hands every day and don’t weary of it . . Much! 😆
We should also be willing to lean on Him daily, maybe even hourly, to confess and be cleansed , so that God can use us to further His Kingdom as useful clean Vessels.
