I’d never understood what people were referring to when suggesting that Eve “added” to the Word of God. Genesis 3:3 KJV
[3] but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.

I think it is obvious that she just added in either Adams or her own interpretation to “not touch it” to emphasize staying away from it altogether! What do you think.
